How to use

Unfold the mat and place it on a flat surface with the foam side up. Position it so that it provides cushioning between your body and the ground; for sitting, fold as needed to increase padding under the hips or back. After use, fold along the hinge and notch system to return it to compact dimensions for storage. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary, and allow to dry completely before folding for storage.
