How to use

Unroll the mat on a flat, clean surface with the aluminium foil side facing the ground if you need increased insulation, or facing up if you prefer a reflective surface. Use the mat as a sleeping surface, extra padding under a sleeping bag, or as a simple exercise or play mat. Usage recommendations
