Spirit level STABILA 70 M 02876, magnetic, 100 cm, accuracy 0.5 mm/m

STABILA 70 M 02876 is a 100 cm magnetic spirit level designed for precise horizontal and vertical alignment in construction and installation tasks. With an accuracy of 0.5 mm/m and a robust aluminium profile, this level provides reliable measurement results on site. Magnetic side rails allow stable attachment to ferrous surfaces, reducing the need for hand support during metalwork or HVAC installations.

Advantages

The 100 cm length offers a balance between reach and portability while the 0.5 mm/m accuracy ensures fine-level precision for most professional tasks. Magnetic edges enhance hands-free operation on steel beams and pipes. The durable housing resists jobsite wear and maintains vial visibility. Lightweight construction and ergonomic grip zones make transport and single-person use easier.

Suitable for

• Carpentry and joinery alignment
• Metalworker and steel structure levelling
• HVAC, plumbing and pipe installation
• Electrical panel and conduit alignment
• General construction and finishing work

Key specifications

• Length: 100 cm
• Accuracy: 0.5 mm/m
• Type: Magnetic spirit level with magnetic side rails
• Profile material: Aluminium profile with protective end caps
• Vial types: Horizontal and vertical vials for 90° and 0° measurements
• Grip: Ergonomic handling zones for secure hold

How to use

Place the spirit level on the surface to be checked, aligning the aluminium profile flush against the workpiece or metal surface. For measurements on steel or iron elements, allow the magnetic rails to attach and hold the level in position. Read the bubble position in the appropriate vial to determine level or plumb; adjust the workpiece until the bubble centers. For longer runs, use the 100 cm span to establish reference lines, and verify both horizontal and vertical vials as needed.

Usage recommendations

Handle the level carefully to avoid impacts that can misalign the vials. Store in a dry place and clean contact surfaces to maintain magnetic adhesion. Periodically check accuracy on a known flat reference and recalibrate or replace the tool if deviation beyond 0.5 mm/m is detected.
