STABILUS Konnoc BH-6153D COB LED Light Fixture with PIR Motion Sensor for Wardrobe

The STABILUS Konnoc BH-6153D COB LED Light Fixture with PIR Motion Sensor for Wardrobe is a specialized lighting solution designed to bring reliable brightness to dark storage areas. Utilizing advanced COB LED technology paired with a built-in passive infrared motion sensor, this fixture automatically detects movement and provides immediate hands-free illumination. It is engineered to integrate seamlessly into wardrobes, cabinets, closets, and other domestic interior spaces where standard lighting is limited or unavailable.

Advantages

This LED light fixture offers superior energy efficiency by illuminating only when motion is detected, which helps preserve power and extends the operational lifespan of the unit. The integrated PIR motion sensor provides rapid response times for automatic activation, ensuring that users never have to search for switches in the dark. Its compact form factor allows for discreet placement inside confined spaces without obstructing storage capacity or aesthetic design. Furthermore, the use of COB LED technology guarantees a uniform and bright light distribution, effectively eliminating dark corners in deep cabinets and wardrobes.

Suitable for

• Illuminating home wardrobes and clothing closets
• Enhancing visibility inside kitchen cabinets and pantries
• Providing automatic lighting in storage rooms and utility spaces
• Adding convenience to dark shelving units and display cases

When it may not be suitable

This fixture is not designed for primary room illumination or large open spaces due to its focused output and sensor range. It is also unsuitable for outdoor environments or areas exposed to high moisture, direct water contact, and extreme weather conditions.

Key specifications

• COB LED light source for bright and uniform illumination
• Integrated PIR motion sensor for automatic movement detection
• Designed specifically for wardrobes, cabinets, and domestic storage spaces
• Battery or low-voltage operation for flexible placement

How to use

Mount the fixture securely inside the target wardrobe, cabinet, or storage space using appropriate mounting hardware in the desired location. Ensure the PIR motion sensor has an unobstructed view of the area where movement is expected to occur. Once installed, test the sensor by moving within its detection zone to verify automatic activation and illumination. The unit will function autonomously, turning on when motion is detected and switching off automatically after a set period of inactivity.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the dimensions of your installation space to ensure a proper fit
• Check the power source requirements to ensure compatibility with your setup
• Assess the sensor detection angle to confirm it covers the desired activation zone

Usage recommendations: Position the motion sensor towards the primary access point of the wardrobe or cabinet to ensure prompt activation upon opening the door. Periodically clean the sensor lens with a soft, dry cloth to maintain optimal motion detection performance.
