Cable conduit (gooseneck) 25 mm STABILUS A500007527 — 100 m pack

STABILUS cable conduit (gooseneck) with a 25 mm diameter supplied in a 100 m pack is a flexible protective sleeve designed to route and safeguard electrical cables and wiring harnesses. The gooseneck shape provides directional support and controlled bending, allowing cables to follow intended paths while remaining protected from abrasion, dust and moderate mechanical stress. This conduit is suitable for industrial installations, equipment assemblies and automotive applications where organized cable management and continuous protection are required.

Advantages

The conduit combines flexibility with dimensional stability to maintain routed cable geometry and reduce strain on cable terminations. Its smooth internal surface minimizes friction during cable installation and protects insulation from wear. Supplied in a long continuous length, the 100 m pack reduces the number of joints and joins for large installations and simplifies stock management. The 25 mm nominal diameter fits a variety of cable bundles typical in control, power and signal applications.

Suitable for

• Routing and protecting multi-core cable bundles in machinery and production equipment
• Organized cable runs in automotive assemblies and vehicle equipment
• Electrical cabinets and control panels where bendable support is needed
• Retrofit and maintenance work requiring continuous lengths to avoid multiple joints

Key specifications

• Outer diameter: 25 mm nominal
• Form: flexible gooseneck/conduit
• Length per pack: 100 m continuous length
• Function: mechanical protection and guided routing of cables
• Application environments: industrial, automotive, equipment installations

How to use

Measure the required length and cut the conduit with appropriate tools for the conduit material and wall thickness. Insert cables through the open end and route the conduit along the desired path, securing it with compatible clamps, brackets or cable ties at regular intervals to maintain alignment and prevent movement. Ensure bend radii are not tighter than the conduit and cable specifications to avoid cable strain. For terminations, leave adequate free length for connectors and protect exposed conduit ends with end fittings or grommets where they pass through panels or bulkheads.

Usage recommendations

Store the product in a dry, shaded area to avoid prolonged UV exposure if the installation is outdoors. When selecting conduit length and securing hardware, account for installation access and potential future maintenance. For applications with elevated temperatures, chemical exposure or high abrasion, verify material compatibility with the specific operating environment before installation.
