• Operation: manual start of vacuum and sealing cycles

How to use

Place the item inside a compatible vacuum pouch, lay the open end on the sealing strip, and close the lid according to the machine’s guides. Start the vacuum cycle to remove air; once the desired vacuum level is reached, the unit will perform the heat seal to close the pouch. Allow the seal to cool briefly before removing the bag. Follow any manufacturer instructions for pouch positioning and cycle timing to ensure reliable seals.

Usage recommendations

Use bags designed for vacuum sealing and appropriate for food contact. Avoid overfilling pouches and ensure the sealing edge is clean and free of crumbs or liquids. For moist or liquid-rich foods, consider pre-freezing or using a separator to prevent liquid from entering the vacuum chamber during sealing. Clean the sealing strip and chamber surfaces periodically according to the user manual to maintain consistent performance.
