Advantages

This insulated food jar utilizes robust vacuum insulation technology to maintain food temperature for hours, keeping hot meals warm and cold snacks chilled. Built from high-grade stainless steel, the container resists rust, impacts, and everyday wear. The wide-mouth opening simplifies filling, eating, and cleaning, while the leak-proof lid prevents spills during transport. The included spork securely attaches to the side for convenient outdoor dining without extra cutlery.

Suitable for

• Daily office lunches and school meals
• Outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and picnics
• Traveling, road trips, and commuting
• Storing both hot soups and cold yogurt or fruit bowls

When it may not be suitable

This food jar may not be ideal if you require a larger portion size than the 0.4-liter capacity provides, or if you need to store meals for extended periods exceeding the standard thermal retention limit. It is also less suitable for extremely bulky food items that do not fit through the wide-mouth opening.

Key specifications

• Capacity: 0.4 liters

How to use

Before adding food, preheat the jar with boiling water for hot meals or chill it with cold water for cold meals to optimize thermal efficiency. Fill the container with your prepared food, leaving a small space at the top to ensure the lid seals securely. Close the lid tightly to prevent leaks. Use the included spork for dining on the go, and wash the container thoroughly after each use.

What to consider before purchase

• Assess whether the 0.4-liter capacity meets your typical meal portion requirements
• Verify that the dark blue color matches your personal preferences
• Consider your intended use cases, such as daily commuting versus outdoor adventures

For best results, pre-condition the food jar with hot or cold water before adding your meal, and ensure the lid is tightly sealed before packing it in your bag.
