The StarTech.com 2.5" to 3.5" Hard Drive Adapter (model 25SATSAS35HD) converts a 2.5" SATA or SAS hard drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD) into a form that fits a standard 3.5" drive bay. The adapter supports drives up to 15 mm in height, accepts 2.5" SATA/SAS interfaces and supports transfer speeds up to 6 Gbps. It is constructed from plastic and aluminium with a silver and black finish and installs into internal or external 3.5" bays using standard mounting holes.
