The StarTech.com SATA PCIe Card (2P6GR-PCIE-SATA-CARD) is a two-port SATA III (6Gbps) controller that installs in a PCIe x2 slot to add two SATA 6Gbps HDDs, SSDs or optical drives to a desktop or server. The card uses an ASM1062R controller, supports PCI Express 2.0 and SATA III specifications, and includes both full-height and low-profile brackets for flexible installation. It is backed by a lifetime warranty and StarTech.com technical support.

Advantages

This SATA PCIe card provides hardware RAID support (RAID 0, RAID 1, SPAN/BIG and JBOD) for performance, redundancy or capacity expansion.
