Heavy Duty TV Wall Mount by StarTech.com (model FPWARTS2) is a full-motion steel bracket designed to support VESA-compatible flat-panel and curved displays up to 100" with a maximum weight capacity of 165 lb (75 kg). The articulating arm provides a low-profile position close to the wall and extends outward for flexible placement in meeting rooms, lobbies, boardrooms, classrooms and other venues where large-screen installations are required.

Advantages

The mount is engineered from high-grade steel and finished with a powder-coat for durability. It offers a wide range of motion including +/-90° swivel, -2° to +15° tilt and +/-3° post-install screen level adjustment. The articulating arm retracts to 2.9" (75 mm) from the wall for a low-profile look and extends to 31.7" (805 mm) to provide flexible viewing positions. The design supports lateral (post-install) shifting to center displays on a wall or in a corner, and it accommodates common stud layouts.

How to use

Locate and mark suitable wall studs or a compatible solid mounting surface, following local building codes and safety practices. Secure the wall plate to the structure using appropriate fasteners, attach the mounting arms to the display following the display manufacturer’s instructions and VESA pattern, then hang the display on the wall plate. Use the articulating arm to extend or retract the display, swivel and tilt to the desired viewing angle, and perform the final +/-3° level adjustment to straighten the screen. Verify all fasteners are tightened and the installation is stable before leaving the display in use.
