The StarTech.com PCI Serial Parallel Combo Card Dual Serial RS232 DB9 & Parallel LPT DB25 adds two RS232 DB9 serial ports and one IEEE 1284 DB25 parallel port to a desktop system via a single PCI/PCI-X card. Designed for legacy and industrial peripherals, the card supports both full-height and low-profile installations and is compatible with common Windows and Linux drivers. It uses an ASIX MCS9865 controller to provide reliable serial and parallel connectivity for devices that require RS-232 or LPT interfaces.
