The StarTech.com PEX1394B3LP is a low-profile 3-port FireWire (IEEE 1394) PCI Express adapter that adds two FireWire 800 (9-pin) ports and one FireWire 400 (6-pin) port to a desktop or small form factor PC. It uses a native single-chip PCIe design for reliable data transfer up to 0.8 Gbit/s and includes both low-profile and full-height brackets for flexible installation.
