The StarTech.com SATDOCK4U3RE is a 4-bay HDD duplicator dock that supports 2.5" and 3.5" SATA drives. It functions as a standalone 1:3 duplicator—allowing one source SATA drive to be cloned to up to three target drives simultaneously—while also operating as a regular 4-bay docking station when connected to a host via USB 3.0 or eSATA. The unit includes a SATA-to-IDE adapter for legacy IDE drives, features an LCD status display, and accepts standard AC power (110–240V). Compact and portable, it is compatible with common Windows operating systems and supports large-capacity drives per bay.

Advantages

How to use

To perform standalone duplication, insert the source SATA drive into the source bay and up to three target SATA drives into the target bays, power on the unit and select the 1:3 duplicate function on the front panel; the built-in LCD will show progress and status.
