How to use

Clean mating surfaces on the CPU and heatsink with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry. Apply a small, even amount of thermal paste from the syringe to the center of the CPU heat spreader—enough for a thin, continuous layer when the heatsink is mounted. Re-seat the heatsink according to the manufacturer’s instructions to spread the compound evenly. After use, re-seal the syringe cap to prevent the paste from drying out.

Usage recommendations

Use this metal-oxide thermal paste on CPUs and similar components where enhanced thermal conductivity is needed. Avoid using on electrically exposed contacts; follow ESD precautions and the CPU/heatsink manufacturer guidance. For CPUs with TDP above 65 W, verify suitability before use.
