StarTech.com High-Performance Silicone Thermal Paste (10 g) is a silicone-based grease formulated to improve heat transfer between processors, GPUs and integrated circuits in workstations, servers and compact systems. The compound offers a thermal conductivity of 14.5 W/m·K and an operational temperature range from -58°F to 536°F (-50°C to 280°C), and is supplied in a resealable syringe for controlled application and reuse.
