How to use

Before starting, extend each pole to the desired length and lock the telescopic sections according to the pole’s adjustment mechanism. Set the poles so that your elbows form approximately a 90-degree angle when holding the grips and standing upright. Use the wrist straps to stabilise the grip and to transfer force efficiently while walking. On steep descents shorten the poles slightly for better control; on ascents extend them to increase propulsion. After use, unlock the adjustment, collapse the sections, and store the poles in a bag or mounted on your pack.

Usage recommendations
