The Steba AS 200 electric slicer combines a 110 W motor with a Ø 170 mm Solingen stainless steel blade to provide precise, uniform slicing for meats, cheeses and vegetables. Finished in black and silver, the compact unit includes removable parts for easier cleaning and non-slip rubber feet for stable placement on work surfaces. Adjustable slice thickness from 0 to 15 mm and a smooth-running carriage make it suitable for everyday kitchen use.

Advantages

Designed in Germany and made in the EU, the slicer uses a German-made Solingen stainless steel 2-in-1 blade (Ø 170 mm) suitable for ham and cheese. It offers an adjustable slice thickness of 0–15 mm, a carriage with hand guard and food holder, dual safety switch and cable storage. The carriage length is approximately 19 cm, parts are removable for easy cleaning, and non-slip rubber feet ensure a stable stand.

How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and connect it to a 230 V supply. Fit the food holder and hand guard, then switch on the machine using the dual safety switch. Adjust the blade guard to the required slice thickness between 0 and 15 mm and feed the product along the carriage with the food holder in place. Move the carriage smoothly across the blade to obtain uniform slices. Turn off and unplug the slicer before removing parts for cleaning.
