Suitable for

• Mailing unfolded A4 documents and reports
• Sending official certificates and legal papers
• Distributing corporate marketing materials
• Archiving important paperwork in the office
• Everyday home and business correspondence

When it may not be suitable

These envelopes may not be appropriate for items smaller than A4 if a smaller format is preferred to prevent shifting inside the envelope. They are also not designed to hold thick, bulky catalogs, books, or rigid items that exceed standard document flexibility.

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 229 x 324 mm
• Format size: C4P
• Paper weight: 90 gsm
• Closure type: Peel and seal
• Quantity per pack: 50 pieces

How to use

Prepare your documents by gathering the unfolded A4 pages you wish to send. Insert the paperwork neatly into the envelope, ensuring the edges do not catch on the opening. Peel away the protective release liner from the adhesive strip on the flap. Press the flap firmly down onto the back of the envelope from the center outward to create a secure, tamper-evident seal.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your documents match the A4 size format
• Check the required mailing volume against the 50-pack quantity
• Ensure the 90g paper thickness meets your durability requirements

Usage recommendations: Store these envelopes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the effectiveness of the peel and seal adhesive. Keep them flat in their original packaging until use to prevent bending or curling of the paper.
