Sunlu PETG Filament (Cyan) — Sunlu PETG C 1.75 mm filament for 3D printing
Sunlu PETG Filament (Cyan) — Sunlu PETG C 1.75 mm filament for 3D printing is a PETG material designed for FDM/FFF printers. It offers reliable layer adhesion, low warping and good chemical resistance, enabling consistent extrusion and durable finished parts. The cyan colour is suitable for visible prototypes and functional components where both appearance and strength are important.
Sunlu PETG provides high impact resistance and strong interlayer bonding, resulting in prints with good structural integrity and long-lasting mechanical properties. The material balances toughness and printability, reducing the risk of warping and making the printing process predictable for a wide range of applications.
PETG is less suitable when very high-temperature resistance above its heat deflection point is required or when parts must withstand continuous exposure to temperatures above about 68 °C. For applications needing extreme stiffness or very high-temperature performance, other engineering polymers may be more appropriate.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into an FDM/FFF 3D printer and set printing parameters according to your printer and hotend capabilities. A typical nozzle temperature around the material's melting point and bed temperature compatible with PETG are recommended; adjust retraction and print speed to minimise stringing while preserving good layer adhesion. Ensure the filament spool is dry and feed smoothly to avoid under-extrusion or clogging.
For best results, print Sunlu PETG with moderate speeds, adequate cooling for bridging, and a heated bed; dry the spool if moisture is suspected and calibrate extrusion multiplier to achieve consistent, strong layers.
