Server case Supermicro CSE-825MBTQC-R802LPB Rack Black
The Supermicro CSE-825MBTQC-R802LPB Rack Black is a rack-mount server case engineered for dense, stable installations. Measuring 437 mm wide, 450 mm deep and 89 mm high, this low-profile chassis accepts EATX and ATX motherboards and accommodates up to three 3.5" hard drives. A built-in 800 W power supply that supports 100–240 V AC at 50–60 Hz is included, enabling reliable operation in a variety of datacenter and enterprise environments. The black finish and rack form factor make it suitable for standard server cabinets and constrained rack units.
The chassis integrates an 800 W power supply, reducing the need for separate PSU procurement and simplifying installation. Its compact 1U-compatible height and rack form factor allow efficient use of rack space while supporting larger motherboard formats such as EATX and ATX. With dedicated space for three 3.5" drives, the case supports standard storage configurations without requiring adapters. The robust metal construction and black coating provide durability for continuous operation in professional settings.
Install the motherboard (EATX or ATX) into the rack chassis following standard standoff positioning and secure it with screws. Mount up to three 3.5" hard drives into the designated drive bays and connect data and power cables. Connect the included 800 W power supply to the motherboard and drives, then plug the AC cable into a compatible 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz power source. Slide the chassis into the rack and fasten it to rack rails using appropriate hardware. Ensure airflow paths are clear and that the server is installed in a well-ventilated rack space.
Use the case in standard rack cabinets with proper rail support; avoid placing it near heat sources or in poorly ventilated enclosures. For optimal reliability, employ compatible cooling and maintain regular drive and power supply checks. Verify that the installed motherboard and components do not exceed the chassis’ dimensional and cooling constraints.
