PPR bend Supratherm 32x45 for plastic pipe connections, 32 mm x 45°
Supratherm PPR bend 32x45 is a 45° polypropylene-random (PP-R) fitting designed to join 32 mm plastic pipes. The fitting provides a compact angled connection for domestic and commercial plumbing, heating circuits and water supply lines. Made of PP-R material, it is lightweight while offering high impact resistance, wear resistance and chemical resistance, and is rated for service up to 90°C. The product is intended for use with compatible PP-R pipe systems and is installed by fusion welding to create corrosion-resistant joints.
The Supratherm PPR bend combines low weight with high mechanical strength and chemical durability. Its material properties ensure resistance to impact and abrasion while maintaining performance at elevated temperatures up to 90°C. The fitting allows reliable, long-lasting connections in piping systems and supports straightforward fusion welding installation for leak-tight joints.
Prepare matching 32 mm PP-R pipes by cutting squarely and cleaning the ends. Fit the pipes into the bend and perform fusion welding according to the chosen welding tool manufacturer’s instructions and applicable installation standards. Allow the weld to cool as specified before pressurizing the system. Ensure that only compatible PP-R materials and sizes are joined to obtain reliable, leak-free connections.
Use the Supratherm PPR bend with compatible PP-R pipes and follow the fusion welding procedure and temperature/time parameters recommended by your welding equipment manufacturer. Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 90°C and inspect joints after installation for proper fusion.
