SwitchBot Hub 2 (model W3202100) is a compact Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth gateway that connects legacy infrared appliances and SwitchBot devices to the SwitchBot app for centralised control, remote access and automation. The hub supports IR emission and reception, Bluetooth BLE Mesh for SwitchBot accessories and 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi for cloud and voice assistant integration. It is intended for indoor use and has a small white ABS plastic housing.
