3D Printer Sygnis Bambu Lab H2D Laser Full Combo 10W laser module included
Sygnis Bambu Lab H2D Laser Full Combo combines a fused filament 3D printing system with an integrated 10W laser module to enable both additive manufacturing and laser engraving/cutting in a single machine. The Full Combo configuration is designed to support standard 3D printing workflows while providing an additional laser toolhead for marking, engraving and light cutting of compatible materials. This package is intended for users who need a compact, dual-function desktop device for prototyping, model making and small-scale fabrication tasks where precise printed parts and laser-processed surfaces are required.
The integrated 10W laser module allows users to switch between printing and laser operations without relocating parts between separate devices, reducing setup time and improving workflow efficiency. The Full Combo retains standard 3D printing capabilities while extending material finishing options to include engraving, surface texture modification and light cutting on suitable substrates. Built to work with common FFF filaments and controllable laser power, the system supports precise positioning for combined manufacturing tasks and reduces manual alignment efforts.
Install the Full Combo according to the manufacturer's mechanical and electrical guidelines, ensuring proper mounting of the 10W laser module and correct calibration of the print head. Use recommended filament types for 3D printing tasks and select appropriate material and laser settings for engraving or cutting, taking into account material thickness and laser compatibility. Prepare digital files for printing and vector or raster artwork for laser operations, then use the device's control software to set processing order, power, speed and passes. Verify alignment with a test run on scrap material before processing final parts.
Operate the laser module only with proper ventilation and eye protection measures in place. Confirm that the material is safe to laser (avoid PVC and other halogenated plastics) and use recommended power and speed settings for the material to prevent burning or excessive charring. Maintain the optical components and keep the working area clean to ensure consistent results.
