The Synology UC3400 Rack 2U with Intel Xeon D-1541 and 8GB DDR4 is an enterprise-class SAN appliance designed for high availability and mission-critical workloads. The system supports Fibre Channel (FC) and iSCSI protocols, offers active-active dual controllers with non-transparent bridge (NTB) for inter-domain communication, and delivers high sustained performance suitable for virtualization and large-scale block storage deployments.

UC3400 provides zero-downtime protection through active-active dual controllers and NTB, delivers over 180,000 4K random write IOPS for demanding workloads, and includes certifications and integration with VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer and OpenStack.
