Staples TACWISE Type 53 (53/4 mm) galvanized wire, 2,000 pieces, model 0333
TACWISE Type 53 (53/4 mm) galvanized wire staples come in a pack of 2,000 pieces, intended for general household and light workshop stapling tasks. These staples are made from galvanized wire for improved corrosion resistance and are compatible with staplers that accept Type 53 staples. Typical uses include fastening upholstery, insulation, fabrics and light timber materials in indoor and sheltered outdoor environments.
Galvanized wire construction reduces the risk of rust and extends service life in indoor and protected outdoor conditions. The 53/4 mm leg length provides firm penetration into thin to medium-thickness materials while minimizing surface damage. Supplied in a bulk pack of 2,000 pieces, this product reduces the need for frequent reorders during larger DIY projects or ongoing maintenance tasks.
These galvanized wire staples are intended for light to medium fastening tasks; they are not designed for heavy structural joins or for use with very hard or thick timber where longer or heavy-duty staples or nails are required. For prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor conditions or direct contact with moisture-prone materials, stainless steel or specially coated fasteners may be more appropriate.
Load the staples into a compatible Type 53 stapler following the stapler manufacturer’s loading instructions. Position the stapler head flat against the work surface, align the staple location, and apply controlled pressure or trigger action to drive the staple. For best results, test on a scrap piece of the same material to verify penetration depth and holding strength. If staples bend or do not fully penetrate, check stapler settings and ensure the material is suitable for the 53/4 mm leg length.
Use these staples for repeated household and light workshop tasks where corrosion resistance and consistent fastening are required. Store the pack in a dry place and keep an appropriate stapler setting or pressure to avoid staple deformation during insertion.
