The Team Group DELTA DDR5 32GB 6400MHz memory module combines high-speed DDR5 performance with integrated RGB lighting and enhanced thermal and power management. Modeled after a stealth aircraft, the module features 120° ultra-wide RGB illumination and a clean geometric silhouette. This kit consists of two 16GB DDR5 DIMMs (288-pin) running at 6400 MHz with CAS latency 40 and operates at 1.35 V. It supports on-die ECC for improved error detection and correction, and includes reinforced PMIC cooling and selected high-quality ICs to ensure stable operation and compatibility.
The DELTA DDR5 offers one-click Intel XMP 3.0 overclocking for fast, easy frequency scaling, smart RGB IC controllers compatible with major motherboard RGB software for synchronized lighting, and PMIC-equipped power distribution that reduces noise and improves efficiency. Reinforced PMIC cooling and thermally conductive materials help maintain stable PMIC operation, while high-quality IC selection supports long-term stability and broad compatibility.
Install each 288-pin DIMM into the matching DDR5 memory slots on a compatible motherboard while following the motherboard manual for correct slot population and orientation. Enable Intel XMP 3.0 in the BIOS/UEFI to apply one-click overclocking profiles if desired. Ensure the system power is off and unplugged before installation, and ground yourself to prevent electrostatic discharge. After installation, verify memory recognition and operating frequency in the BIOS/UEFI and in the operating system.
For optimal stability, use the DIMMs on motherboards with validated DDR5 support and the latest BIOS updates; enable XMP only if your cooling and power delivery meet the system requirements. Keep system airflow adequate to assist the PMIC cooling design and avoid mixing different memory kits to maintain compatibility and stable performance.
