Ceramizer Revital joint ceramic treatment 70 ml — TEC2000 TEC 081095
TEC2000 Ceramizer Revital joint ceramic treatment is a 70 ml liquid additive formulated for metal-to-metal contacts and rubbing surfaces. It is intended to produce a thin ceramic layer on worn joints, bearings and gear interfaces to reduce friction, limit wear and help restore tightness of mechanical connections. The product is suitable for application during maintenance or repair of vehicles, industrial machines and other equipment where sliding or rotating metal components require improved surface properties.
Ceramizer Revital creates a durable ceramic coating on treated surfaces that reduces friction and slows abrasive and adhesive wear. By filling micro-cavities and smoothing contact zones, it can improve sealing between mating parts and contribute to quieter operation of bearings and joints. The liquid form enables easy dosing and targeted application to specific rubbing interfaces without the need for heavy mechanical intervention.
Before application, clean the treated surfaces of heavy contamination, grease and loose debris to ensure contact between the additive and metal. Apply the recommended quantity of the 70 ml liquid directly to the rubbing zone or introduce it according to the manufacturer's procedure for the assembled unit. Operate the mechanism under normal load and speed for a specified break-in period so the ceramic layer can form and bond to the substrate. If required, repeat treatment after inspection or as part of a scheduled maintenance cycle.
Use Ceramizer Revital for targeted restoration and maintenance; avoid applying to sealed systems without verifying compatibility. Follow safety instructions on the product label and perform a compatibility test on non-critical parts when treating uncommon alloys or coatings. For optimal results, combine surface cleaning and correct operating conditions during the bonding period.
