The TECHLY (IDATA) HDMI-EA74K Audio Extractor pulls multichannel audio from an HDMI source and provides it via optical (S/PDIF) or four 3.5 mm analog outputs while passing the HDMI video to a display. The compact unit supports up to 4Kx2K video, 3D, and high-resolution audio formats, making it suitable for home theater and AV installations that require separate audio routing from an HDMI feed.

Advantages

The extractor supports HDMI audio sampling rates up to 192 kHz and S/PDIF optical audio up to 192 kHz, and can deliver LPCM 2/5.1/7.1 and various compressed and lossless bitstream formats (Dolby Digital, DTS, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio).
