PDU Techly Rack 19" I-CASE STRIP-12C
The Techly Rack 19" PDU I-CASE STRIP-12C is a 1U power distribution unit designed for mounting in 19-inch server racks. It provides twelve VDE AC outlets, a C20 inlet with integrated switch control, and a two-metre mains cable. Rated for 220–250 V nominal input and a maximum current of 16 A, the unit supports up to 3500 W of total connected load and is finished in black for a professional rack appearance. Compliance with CE, RoHS and ISO 9001 standards ensures conformity to common safety, environmental and quality requirements.
This PDU delivers compact, reliable power distribution in a single 1U form factor suitable for data centers and equipment cabinets. Twelve VDE outlets allow connection of multiple devices without additional power strips, while the C20 inlet and built-in switch provide a simple, centralised control point. The two-metre cable length offers flexibility for typical rack installations and the black housing integrates visually with standard rack equipment. Compliance with CE, RoHS and ISO 9001 indicates adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
Mount the PDU into a 19-inch rack occupying one U of vertical space and secure it using the appropriate rack screws. Ensure the rack power source matches the nominal input voltage of 220–250 V and that the supply can provide up to 16 A. Connect the mains cable to the rack power outlet and use the integrated switch to power the unit. Plug equipment into the VDE outlets, keeping the combined load below 3500 W. Route the cable and connected device leads to avoid obstructing airflow in the rack and to maintain safe cable management.
Verify the total current draw of connected devices before full operation and avoid exceeding the 16 A rating. For critical systems, consider using circuit protection and monitoring equipment upstream and perform regular inspections for secure connections and cable condition.
