The Techly IDATA EXT-565 AV extender is a point-to-point HDMI extender designed for zero-latency transmission of high-resolution video. It extends 4K @ 60Hz HDMI signals over Cat6 / Cat6A / Cat7 network cables and includes a local HDMI port on the transmitter, IR passthrough and a 3.5 mm audio output on the receiver. The compact wired kit is intended for reliable video distribution in installations such as outdoor advertising, surveillance, home entertainment and conference rooms.

How to use

Connect the transmitter unit to an HDMI source and optionally use the transmitter's local HDMI output for a nearby display. Run a Cat6 / Cat6A / Cat7 cable from the transmitter to the receiver up to 70 metres. Connect the receiver to the display device via HDMI and, if required, connect speakers to the 3.5 mm audio output. Use the IR passthrough to control the source device remotely.
