Techly IDATA EXT-600HC is a wired AV extender pair that includes a USB-C™ transmitter and an HDMI receiver designed to extend UHD video and audio over structured Cat6/Cat6a/Cat7 cabling. The kit supports resolutions up to 4096 × 2160 and provides zero-latency transmission for applications that require real-time video delivery. Both units are compact, lightweight and powered by 5 V DC using Micro-USB A / USB Type-C power connectors, supplied as a two-piece boxed set in black finish.

Advantages

The extender pair transmits uncompressed or minimally processed UHD signals up to 4096 × 2160 with low latency, and supports HDMI 2.0 bandwidth up to 18 Gbps. How to use

Connect the USB-C™ transmitter to the video source (laptop, smartphone or other Type-C video output) and plug the HDMI receiver into the display device. Use a single Cat6/Cat6a/Cat7 cable to link the transmitter and receiver; ensure cable terminations are complete and the cable run does not exceed recommended distances for the chosen resolution. Provide 5 V DC power to both units via the Micro-USB A or USB Type-C power connectors. Usage recommendations

For stable 4K@60Hz transmission, use high-quality shielded Cat6a or Cat7 cable and keep cable runs under 60 metres. For 4K@120Hz, limit the cable length to 25 metres. When using long runs, avoid routing the cable near high-power electrical sources and ensure connectors are secure. Update source device video drivers and set the display output to a compatible resolution and refresh rate to prevent automatic downscaling.
