The Technaxx 4980 is a compact digital video recorder for digitizing analog tapes and playback devices. It accepts Composite (RCA) input and can capture video from Video8, Hi8, S-VHS, VHS, VCD, DVD, VCR or DV sources, saving recordings directly to a MicroSD card (up to 32 GB). How to use

Connect the analog source to the Composite (RCA) input, or connect a playback device to the unit. Insert a MicroSD card (max. 32 GB) and power on the recorder. Use the 2.4" display and on-screen menu to select recording resolution (VGA or QVGA) and start recording. Recordings are saved directly to the MicroSD card and can be played back on the device screen, output via HDMI/AV to a TV, or transferred to a PC using the card reader.
