Double-sided automotive tape Technicqll T-709 19 mm x 1.5 m, black
Technicqll T-709 is a black double-sided automotive tape measuring 19 mm in width and 1.5 m in length, intended for reliable attachment of trim, badges and accessories on vehicles. The tape provides a slim, concealed bonding line for both interior and exterior applications where a narrow adhesive strip is required. Designed for general-purpose automotive fixing and light mounting tasks, this tape offers a balance of adhesion strength and ease of use on prepared surfaces.
The tape delivers a strong initial tack and sustained adhesion on painted metal, plastic and many interior trim materials without adding bulk to joint lines. Its black carrier reduces visibility when used in recesses or along edges, and the narrow 19 mm width allows precise placement in tight gaps. The product is supplied in a 1.5 m roll for multiple small fittings and quick repairs.
Ensure both bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or wax. Test fit components before applying tape. Cut the required length, peel back one liner and press the tape firmly onto the first surface using even pressure. Remove the second liner and press the mating part onto the tape, applying firm pressure across the bonded area for several seconds. Allow adhesive to develop full strength according to ambient temperature; avoid exposing newly bonded parts to heavy loads or moisture until adhesion has built.
For best results on exterior panels, clean with isopropyl alcohol or a suitable degreaser and perform a final wipe before application. Use firm, sustained pressure when seating bonded parts and avoid installation in temperatures below manufacturer-recommended limits to ensure optimal adhesion and durability.
