19" Cable Management Panel Tecline 62600029 — 1U, 5 cable management loops, light grey RAL 7035

Tecline 62600029 is a 19" 1U cable management panel finished in light grey (RAL 7035). It features five fixed cable management loops that help route network and power cables across a standard 19-inch rack or enclosure. The compact 1U height preserves valuable rack space while providing a stable mounting point for organized cabling in server rooms, telecom cabinets and network closets.

Advantages

The panel offers a low-profile solution for horizontal cable routing with five molded loops that maintain cable separation and prevent tangling. Its 1U form factor minimizes lost rack units and supports consistent cable pathways to improve access and maintenance. The light grey RAL 7035 finish provides visual contrast for easy cable identification and integrates with common rack interiors. Constructed for fixed mounting, the design is durable and requires no additional assembly.

Suitable for

• Horizontal cable routing in 19" racks and wall-mount enclosures
• Server rooms and data centers where rack space is limited
• Telecom cabinets and network distribution panels
• Patch panel and switch cable organization
• Environments that require consistent cable separation and improved airflow

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19", 1U
• Cable management elements: 5 fixed cable loops
• Finish: light grey (RAL 7035)
• Mounting: front mounting to standard 19" rack rails
• Material: metal with molded loop features for cable guidance

How to use

Install the panel in a free 1U position on standard 19" rack rails using appropriate rack screws. Route patch cords, power leads or jumper cables through the five fixed loops to create organized horizontal pathways. Maintain gentle bend radii for fiber and twisted-pair cables and avoid excessive stacking within each loop. The fixed loops keep cables separated and accessible for moves, adds or changes.

Usage recommendations

Use the panel together with vertical managers and labeling to keep cable runs identifiable. For fiber optic runs, respect minimum bend radius guidelines and avoid sharp turns; for copper cabling, distribute pairs evenly across loops to prevent excessive stress. Periodically inspect mounting hardware and cable routing to ensure continued stability and airflow.
