Epoxy Adhesive TECMAXX 5-minute Transparent Syringe 25 ml

The TECMAXX 5-minute transparent epoxy adhesive is a high-performance two-component bonding agent supplied in a convenient 25 ml dual-chamber syringe. This fast-curing formula is engineered to provide a clear, invisible finish once fully set, making it an ideal solution for precision repairs where aesthetics are as important as structural integrity. The system ensures an accurate mixing ratio, allowing for reliable and consistent results across a wide range of household and professional applications.

Advantages

This epoxy adhesive offers exceptional versatility and strength, bonding effectively to diverse materials including metal, glass, ceramics, various plastics, and wood. Its rapid 5-minute curing time significantly reduces waiting periods during assembly or repair tasks. The transparent finish ensures that joints remain discreet, which is particularly beneficial for delicate craft projects or visible repairs. The dual-chamber syringe design simplifies the application process by automatically dispensing the correct proportions of resin and hardener, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal chemical performance.

Suitable for

• Bonding broken glass or ceramic ornaments
• Repairing small plastic components in electronics
• Securing loose metal parts in household items
• Crafting and hobby projects requiring invisible joints
• Quick sealing of small gaps in wood or composite materials

This adhesive may not be suitable for applications involving constant exposure to high temperatures, extreme chemical solvents, or heavy structural loads that require flexible bonding. It is not intended for use on flexible materials like rubber or soft fabrics, as the cured bond is rigid and may crack under significant deformation.

Key specifications

• Curing time: 5 minutes
• Volume: 25 ml
• Consistency: Transparent when set
• Packaging: Dual-chamber syringe
• Compatibility: Metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, wood

To use the adhesive, ensure that both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust. Remove the cap from the syringe and dispense the required amount of adhesive onto a mixing surface. Thoroughly mix the two components until the color is uniform. Apply a thin layer to one of the surfaces and press the parts together firmly. Hold the pieces in place for the duration of the initial curing time to ensure a stable bond.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the materials being bonded are compatible with epoxy resins
• Ensure the working environment is well-ventilated
• Check if the required bond strength is sufficient for the intended application
• Consider the rigid nature of the cured adhesive

For the best results, allow the bond to reach full mechanical strength by waiting 24 hours before subjecting the repaired item to any stress or load. Always store the syringe in a cool, dry place with the cap securely fastened to prevent premature curing.
