Description

TENDA W15-PRO is an in-wall dual-band WiFi 6 access point offering combined wireless speeds up to 2976–3000 Mbps and support for 160 MHz channel bandwidth. Built to replace a standard 86-type wall plate without rewiring, the W15-PRO provides high-density connectivity for homes, villas or small offices while remaining compact and easy to install.

Advantages

The W15-PRO uses WiFi 6 technology and 160 MHz channel bandwidth to deliver high throughput on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, supporting simultaneous connections for many devices. Two omni-directional silver antennas with an integrated 4-way FEM amplifier increase transmit/receive capability compared with ordinary in-wall APs, improving coverage and signal stability up to approximately 250 m². The unit includes a separate IPTV port to keep TV traffic isolated from regular internet traffic, and it supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation.

How to use

Replace an existing standard 86-type wall plate with the W15-PRO without changing wall wiring. Connect the LAN/PoE cable to the RJ-45 port to provide both power and network access. If required, connect the IPTV set-top box to the dedicated IPTV port to separate TV traffic. Configure SSIDs, security and channel settings through the device management interface or the supporting management tools provided by the manufacturer.

Usage recommendations

Install the W15-PRO in a central wall location for best coverage; avoid placing it inside fully enclosed metal boxes. Use PoE-capable switches or injectors for clean installation and assign the IPTV port only to the set-top box to keep multicast or IPTV streams isolated from general network traffic.
