The improved SUPERSONIC base reduces deformation and provides fast heat transfer. The pans no longer have a separate steel plate in the bottom; steel particles are integrated directly into the inner layer of the coating. The handle is stainless steel. Oven-safe up to 230°C. Dishwasher safe. 5-year warranty.
