How to use

Insert the required battery into the handheld main unit according to the battery compartment instructions. Connect and position the stainless steel probes in the food and/or in the cooking chamber as needed, and switch the transmitter and main unit on. Set the desired target core temperature or upper and lower chamber limits on the main unit following the device controls. The main unit receives temperature values wirelessly from the transmitter so you can monitor readings remotely. The unit signals with a beep when the programmed core temperature is reached or when chamber temperature leaves the set limits.

Usage recommendations

Place the probe tip in the thickest part of the meat, avoiding contact with bone for an accurate core temperature. For oven or barbecue monitoring, position the second probe away from direct heat sources for representative chamber readings. Replace the battery promptly when display or transmission performance degrades and clean probes after each use with warm, soapy water.
