How to use

Switch the device ON and insert the probe into the thickest part of the food item, avoiding contact with bone or container walls for an accurate core reading. Allow the display to stabilize (readings update every second) and use the HOLD function to freeze the current value if required. After measurement switch the thermometer OFF, clean the probe with a damp cloth or under running water while noting the IP65 rating does not permit prolonged immersion. Replace the LR44 battery when display performance declines.

Usage recommendations
