How to use

Before installation, power down equipment and discharge stored energy according to the device manufacturer’s instructions. Clean the component and heatsink contact surfaces to remove dust, grease and old residues. Peel the protective liner from one side of a pad, position the pad over the component so it covers the mating area, and press gently to ensure even contact without excessive compression. Fit the heatsink or cooler and tighten mounting hardware gradually to maintain uniform pressure. If repositioning is required, remove the pad and replace with a new piece to preserve insulating and thermal properties.

Usage recommendations
