The Thermal Grizzly TG-KS-38-38 KryoSheet graphene thermal pad is a dry, high-performance thermal interface material measuring 38 x 38 mm with a thickness of 0.2 mm. Designed as an alternative to high-end thermal pastes, the KryoSheet offers very high and stable thermal conductivity due to its optimized molecular structure and a specialized manufacturing process. The pad contains no liquid components and therefore does not age or dry out like conventional thermal pastes. Note: the material is electrically conductive and must be used according to the instructions.

How to use

Ensure mating surfaces are clean and free of dust, oils or old thermal material. Cut the KryoSheet to the required size if necessary, place it on the component or heatsink so that it covers the contact area, then assemble the parts ensuring even pressure for full contact. Do not stretch or fold the pad. Because the pad is electrically conductive, avoid contact with exposed circuitry or conductors where short circuits could occur.

Usage recommendations

Follow manufacturer instructions and take care to prevent electrical shorts: only use KryoSheet where electrical conductivity will not create a risk. Use in thin-gap applications where a 0.2 mm pad provides adequate contact pressure. Replace the pad if its shape or integrity is compromised.
