PC Case Thermaltake Core X71 TG Edition Full Tower Black
The Thermaltake Core X71 Tempered Glass Edition full tower chassis is a large PC enclosure designed for extensive cooling and component expansion. It features a 4mm thick tempered glass side window, dual-chamber interior for improved cable management and cooling separation, modular drive bays, support for vertical GPU installation with an included riser support bracket, and preinstalled 140mm fans to help system ventilation.
The Core X71 provides a spacious interior that accommodates large radiators, long graphics cards and high-wattage power supplies while keeping components organized through a dual-chamber layout. The 4mm tempered glass window offers a clear view of internal components, and the removable drive cages plus flexible bay configuration allow for tailored storage and cooling setups. The included riser GPU support bracket prevents GPU sag and the case is Tt LCS Certified for compatibility with advanced liquid-cooling configurations.
Install the motherboard and route power and data cables through the rear chamber to keep the main chamber tidy. Mount storage devices using the modular 3.5"/2.5" drive cages; reposition or remove cages as needed to create space for radiators or long GPUs. If installing the graphics card vertically, use the included riser GPU support bracket and, if required, obtain a compatible PCI‑e riser cable. Place the power supply in the recommended location and verify cable reach—an 8‑pin extension may be needed when the PSU is installed in the lower chamber. Attach radiators and fans to the supported mounting points according to radiator size and ensure adequate airflow paths between intake and exhaust fans.
For custom liquid-cooling loops, plan component placement and tubing routes before final assembly. Use the removable drive cages to maximize radiator clearance and consider the Tt LCS certification when selecting extreme cooling components to ensure compatibility.
