Radiator block Thermaltake RL140 Aluminium Black 140mm
Thermaltake Pacific RL140 Radiator is a 140mm liquid-cooling radiator block made from aluminum and designed for compact custom water-cooling loops. With dimensions of 140 mm (width) × 182.5 mm (depth) × 56 mm (height) and a black finish, this radiator uses a dual-row tube layout and high-density fins to move heat efficiently from coolant to airflow. It features integrated G1/4" threaded ports for easy connection and a brazed construction that improves thermal transfer and long-term structural strength.
The Pacific RL140 offers a dual-row 13-set flat tube design and a high fin-per-inch (FPI 13) density that together increase heat transfer area while remaining compatible with higher static-pressure fans. German aerospace-grade materials and a zinc-alloy anti-corrosion layer reduce conductive corrosion and improve scratch resistance. The radiator is brazed at high temperature to secure strong joints between tubes and fins, improving thermal conduction and durability. Integrated G1/4" threads and rigid connections simplify installation in custom loops.
Install the Pacific RL140 into your custom liquid-cooling loop by mounting it in the appropriate 140 mm radiator location in your chassis or external mount. Use G1/4" threaded fittings to connect tubing securely to the ports. Ensure fans are mounted to provide adequate airflow across the high-density fins; higher static-pressure fans will improve cooling performance. Fill, bleed and pressure-test the loop according to standard liquid-cooling procedures before powering the system.
For optimal results, pair the radiator with high static-pressure 140 mm fans and position it to allow unobstructed airflow through the fins. Regularly inspect fittings and the zinc layer for signs of corrosion over long-term use, and maintain proper coolant composition to extend service life.
