Steel guy line TOYA VOREL 6 mm x 42 m is a corrosion-resistant steel cable intended for tensioning, anchoring and securing outdoor structures. With a 6 mm diameter and 42 m length, this guy line offers a balance of tensile strength and manageable flexibility for stabilizing tents, poles, awnings and temporary supports. The steel construction is designed to resist weathering and provide a reliable connection point where a strong, durable line is needed.
The steel construction provides high tensile strength and improved resistance to abrasion compared with textile ropes. Corrosion-resistant surface treatment extends service life in outdoor conditions. The 6 mm diameter delivers a compact profile that is easy to handle while still offering substantial load-bearing capacity. At 42 m length the line enables multiple anchor points or long-span installations without splicing.
Unroll the guy line fully and inspect it for any visible damage before use. Attach the cable to the structure using suitable clamps, thimbles or tensioning devices rated for steel cable; ensure connectors and anchor points are matched to the line diameter. Tension the line gradually to the required preload and secure the end with approved fittings. Avoid sharp bends over small-diameter edges and protect the cable where it contacts metal or synthetic surfaces to reduce wear. Periodically check tension and fittings during prolonged installations.
Use compatible hardware (turnbuckles, wire rope clips, thimbles) rated for steel cable of this diameter. For permanent or safety-critical applications, select rated anchors and periodic inspection schedules to verify corrosion and fatigue; replace the line if corrosion or strand breakage is detected.
