Transcend's HDD/SSD Enclosure TS0GSJ25CK3 lets you reuse a 2.5" SATA notebook drive as an external portable storage device. The kit includes a grey 2.5-inch enclosure with rubber outer case and inner shock absorber, a SATA adapter, Micro-USB to USB Type-A cable, a 7mm-to-9.5mm spacer, a PH1 screwdriver and three M2 mounting screws. It supports one 2.5" Serial ATA III drive and is designed for compact, on-the-go data transfer and backup.

Remove the 2.5" drive from your notebook and fit it into the included SATA adapter. If your drive is 7mm high, insert the 2.5mm spacer so the drive sits securely in the inner rubber shock absorber. Place the assembly into the outer rubber case, secure with the provided M2 screws using the PH1 screwdriver, then connect the enclosure to a computer using the Micro-USB to USB Type-A cable.
