Transcend's MTS800 M.2 2280 SATA SSD (128 GB) combines a compact 2280 M.2 form factor with a SATA III 6Gb/s interface to meet the performance and size requirements of modern ultrabooks, thin notebooks and tablets. Equipped with MLC NAND, a dedicated controller and DDR3 DRAM cache, the drive delivers sequential read speeds up to 560 MB/s and write speeds up to 310 MB/s while supporting features that improve reliability and power management.
