SSD disk Transcend 256 GB M.2 PCI Express 3.1 NVMe MTE470A
Transcend's MTE460T PCIe M.2 SSD uses a PCIe Gen 3x2 interface and 112-layer 3D NAND flash to increase storage density and efficiency. The drive is built with a 30µ" gold finger PCB, Corner Bond technology and anti-sulfur resistors to enhance durability in demanding conditions. Transcend performs 100% in-house chamber testing for extended operating temperatures of -20℃ to 75℃; an optional wide-temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ is available on request.
The M.2 PCIe SSD provides higher storage efficiency through 112-layer 3D NAND and a Gen 3x2 PCIe interface, while hardware features such as the gold-plated PCB contacts, Corner Bond reinforcement and anti-sulfur components increase resistance to environmental stress. Factory chamber testing for extended temperature ranges verifies operation in a variety of conditions.
Install the M.2 PCIe SSD into an M.2 slot that supports PCIe lanes (Gen 3x2) and secure it with the mounting screw according to the host device manual. Ensure the host firmware/BIOS and operating system recognize NVMe drives and install any necessary drivers or management utilities provided by the manufacturer. For systems exposed to extreme temperatures, verify cooling or heating solutions suggested by the system integrator.
For reliable performance in industrial or embedded applications, choose the tested operating temperature range that matches your environment and request the wide-temperature variant if your deployment requires -40℃ to 85℃ operation. Follow the host device guidelines for NVMe installation and consider periodic backups to protect data integrity.
