Using 3D NAND flash, high-quality memory chips, DDR3 DRAM cache and optimized firmware algorithms, the M.2 SSD 830S delivers reliable performance in a compact M.2 Type 2242/2280 form factor.

Advantages

3D NAND architecture increases storage density, endurance and performance compared to planar NAND. The 80 mm M.2 (2280) size suits space-constrained systems and enables easy upgrades.
