Transcend's M.2 SSD 820S is an ultra-compact SATA III 6Gb/s solid state drive designed for small form factor devices such as Ultrabooks and thin, light notebooks. Using 3D NAND flash, high-quality memory chips and optimized firmware, the M.2 SSD 820S provides reliable storage in M.2 Type 2242 and 2280 form factors, with a compact 80 mm length suitable for upgrades where space is limited.
