UPS Tripp Lite SUINT1000XLCD
The SUINT1000XLCD SmartOnline 230V 1kVA 900W On-Line Double-Conversion UPS delivers battery backup and AC power protection for small and medium servers, networking equipment and telecom systems. It provides fully regulated sine wave output with +/-2% voltage regulation in online, double-conversion mode and includes four C13 outlets. The internal 24V battery supports approximately 12.8 minutes at half load (450W) and 4.8 minutes at full load (900W); runtime can be extended with optional external battery packs such as the BP24V15RT-2U. The unit features an interactive front-panel LCD for status and diagnostics, EMI/RFI filtering, surge suppression and communication ports for unattended shutdown using PowerAlert software.
The UPS offers continuous double-conversion voltage regulation for clean, consistent sine wave power and a high 0.9 power factor that delivers 1000VA/900W capacity. Integrated EMI/RFI filtering and surge suppression protect connected equipment and data from electrical noise and spikes. Expandable runtime via external battery packs and zero transfer time make it suitable for networked environments. On-board communications, an LCD display and audible alarm provide clear monitoring and fault indication.
Install the UPS on a stable surface or in a rack following the manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Connect critical equipment to the C13 outlets and plug the UPS into a properly grounded 230V supply. Configure optional network cards in the built-in slot if remote monitoring or SNMP is required. Install PowerAlert software on connected systems and verify communication via USB or serial port to enable automated safe shutdown during extended outages. For extended runtime, connect compatible external battery packs per the vendor instructions.
Place the UPS in a well-ventilated area, avoid exposing it to excessive heat or moisture, and periodically test battery runtime. Keep firmware and PowerAlert Device Manager (PADM20) updated when using WEB/SNMP cards to ensure reliable remote management.
